The nose opens with notes of syrup of red fruits and even notes of fresh pastry and icing sugar! The first taste is round and sweet. The oak is well integrated, it can be sensed through cocoa and dark chocolate notes due to 18 months of maturation in French oak barrels (of which 20% are new). In the mid-palate the tannins reveal a very nice texture being both fresh and well rounded. . The finish is clean, supple and rich.
