The apple is grown in the bottle from the beginning of spring till autumn, i.e. for five to six months, thanks to a hard and thorough work carried out with each bottle. The apple inside the bottle that remains in the aged apricot vodka for a certain time gives the drink a unique taste and flavor; and the essential oils present in the drink in a certain amount are absorbed by the apple thus contributing to the quality improvement of the vodka. Double-distilled alcohol is obtained from “Shalakh” apricot variety, and the apple inside the bottle is of “Golden” variety. Vodka may contain pieces of fruit. The content of substances hazardous to health does not exceed the permissible limit defined by the normative documents.
